Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may change, and agents may need to cancel their subscription to Outreach Plus. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation Process:
Agents can cancel their subscription to Outreach Plus manually or by contacting our customer support team.

Manual Cancellation:
It is the responsibility of the agent to initiate the cancellation process. Failure to cancel the subscription manually or without providing a 72-hour advance notice will result in the agent being billed for the next billing cycle.

Refunds:
Cancellation requests received after the billing date or without the required notice period may not be eligible for a refund for that billing cycle. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at the discretion of Outreach Program Services of America.

Cancellation Confirmation:
Once a cancellation request is received and processed, agents will receive a cancellation confirmation via the same communication channel used to initiate the cancellation. It is essential for agents to retain this confirmation for their records.

Access to Outreach Plus:
After the cancellation request is processed, agents will no longer have access to Outreach Plus and its associated features and services.

Please note that this cancellation policy applies specifically to the Outreach Plus subscription. For any other products or services offered by Outreach Program Services of America, separate cancellation policies may be in place.
